Training for Chamberí

The metaphor of sport is not the sexiest to explain typography, definitely, it is not cool. But typographic design can be a long distance race. It took me ten years to understand the category of Scotch Typefaces. The only strategy is to look and train, look more and train more, fix mistakes and follow. If you want to learn, if you want to get there, you should train. First Scozia, for Paper Planes 3#, then Palazzo and the first tests for Vogue tested and discarded on offset and coated paper (after printing the book that you can see above), and then Chamberí, that is currently in use in Vogue Spain. And the marathon continues.
